Manufacturing. Technology. Innovation.
JetAlum LLC is a Kansas City manufacturing and technology company. We make windows, and we make the software that runs window businesses.
One company, two disciplines
JetAlum LLC is the parent company behind Earthwise of Kansas City and Extrusia. One manufactures energy-efficient vinyl windows and patio doors. The other builds the software that quotes, orders, schedules and reports on that kind of work.
They are not separate ventures that happen to share an owner. Extrusia exists because the plant needed it, and the plant is where every release gets proven. Manufacturing keeps the software honest; the software keeps the plant fast.
We are privately held, locally owned and operated from a single facility at 1414 E. 19th Street in Kansas City, Missouri.
What we hold ourselves to
Build it here
Manufactured in Kansas City, Missouri. Local jobs, local accountability, short local lead times.
Prove it first
Nothing goes to a customer that has not already run on our own floor or our own orders.
Say it straight
Real lead times, real pricing, and an honest answer when we are not the right fit for a project.
Keep improving it
Fifty years of changing what we make. The process that costs everyone time is the next thing we fix.
1414 E. 19th Street
Everything happens in one building: extrusion handling, glass, fabrication, shipping, the office and the development team. If you are quoting a project, the people who will build it are within earshot of the people who priced it.

Ascend Technology LLC
Extrusia comes out of close collaboration between JetAlum LLC and Ascend Technology — manufacturing and software in the same room, on the same problems, working toward a common vision.
Technology Partner
Diverse experience, a common vision
Ascend Technology is our partner on Extrusia, and the closeness of it is deliberate. Rather than a plant buying software from a vendor who has never run one, the two companies build a single product together — plant-floor experience, industry relationships and platform engineering all pointed at the same goal.
Working this closely changes what gets built. Ideas arrive from the people quoting orders and the people writing code in the same conversation, and the hard questions get settled before they turn into features nobody can use.
Every release is proven against live Earthwise orders before it reaches another business — which is only possible because the work happens in one place, together.
